We believe that our customers who desire a custom home are looking to fulfill a life long dream and our job is to incorporate every detail of that dream into their home. This is accomplished thru a series of meetings in the design development stage that allow us to interpret the style, layout and key functions that the client desires. We then create construction documents that the home will be built from as well as prepare project estimates that confirm that the project will be built within the targeted budget. Once the design and estimating phases are complete we begin the construction process utilizing our own craftsmen as well as subcontracted labor. Throughout this process the Owner and Renner Construction work closely to determine the exact materials used, colors, styles and implementation of construction techniques.
